Can my search remain confidential?
Yes. Tell your recruiter if confidentiality is particularly important and we will handle your search accordingly.
What happens after I submit my information?
Our team reviews your profile and stores it within our Talent Network. If a relevant search matches your experience and preferences, we may contact you.
How will Magna Talent contact me?
Our team will normally contact candidates using an official @magnatalent.co email address or another verified Magna Talent communication channel.
Will you ask for my bank information?
Not as part of applying, joining the Talent Network, or having an initial recruiting conversation. Be cautious of anyone claiming to represent Magna Talent who requests payment, banking information, cryptocurrency, gift cards, or purchases as part of the recruiting process.
